
My Raw/Vegan Lifestyle Begins Now!
For the next 30 days I am only eating raw and/or vegan foods (cooked only, no chemicals). I hope this brings me more clarity of thought and increase my energy levels! I bought ALL of Ani Phyo’s books (minus a web design book) and I am so ready to begin. Lets see how this goes…

End of Day 1: I was getting a very small headache off and on but nothing too bad. My breath is humming and my mouth coated. Also my eye lashes were clumped from mucus but nothing to bad. I’m well rested and ready for Day #2. Also, I went to this site, http://www.falconblanco.com/health/fasting.htm, and it really helped me to understand why my body was reacting in these ways. I went to Trader Joe’s and got healthy foods as well as BN to get some bocks on Vegan cooking. I am well on my way. :-)
End of Day 2: My body is still responding well to the raw foods change I had very slight tiny headaches throughout the day but they went away. I remember the first time I tried this my body went crazy and my head was pounding. I am feeling tingling in my legs but its minor.Day 1- Cantelope chunks from grocery- brocolli, cauliflower, carrots with hummus(lost 3 pounds)Day 2- An apple- Nuts- salad with papaya/mango salsa- portabello mushrooms with red peppers wrapped in lettuce
End of Day 3: No headaches at all, felt good all day.- 2 Pears- Strawberries- Green Salad with Tomatoes with peanut dressing- portabello mushrooms with red peppers wrapped in lettuce with hummus- Nuts
End of Day 4: No symptoms at all I did however get bored and had a little more raw goodness than I was suppose to but I still think I did good.- Yam- Watermelon- Veggie/Tofu stir-fry- 2 Organic Tofu Patties
End of Day 5: No symptoms and I am operating on 4 hours of sleep daily so that’s good.- a pear- remaining veggie/tofu stir-fry- 2 bananna/strawberry/peanut butter smoothies
End of Day 6: Still no symptoms and I am going to eat tofu sparingly because my body doesn’t know how to digest it. My period was about to start but didn’t.- apple- salad with mango/papaya salsa- strawberries (carton)- banana/vanilla/carob smoothie- tomato sauce with cumin, garlic, italian seasoning, tabasco, sweet chili sauceWeight: 250.4
End of Day 7: I am still on a high I am enjoying shopping at the 17th street market so much food variety. I really love this lifestyle.- watermelon- Salad with salsa- watermelon- tomato sauce with cumin, garlic, italian seasoning, tabasco, sweet chili sauceweight: 247.2
End of Day 8: Still going strong!-strawberries-sunflower seeds-spanish crumble
End of Day 9: I am so very proud of myself I went to Lovin’ Spoonfuls with Patti and Storm and I ordered and didn’t eat the bread, so I still ate only raw foods. Also, I went to Caffe Molina with The Lost Bestie later that night and ordered just a salad with no cheese, etc which means I still ate all raw!!!! You go girl!-strawberries-sunflower seeds-spanish crumble-Adzuki Burger/no bread-House salad
End of Day 10: I am on damn fire lol I made so much food its ridiculous lol see http://sharrondenice.com/this-shit-is-soooo-good. I’m enjoying the hell out of this lol- everything on the blog lol, i didn’t over do it though
End of Day 11: Had a party at Storms and the only thing that bothers me is that she may have cooked with butter and she FORCED me to try just a small piece of fish. But other than that I am still on it!- Various foods lol
